If I have a question, how can I reach Valérie?If you have a question, the easiest way to reach Valérie is to join her Facebook Live every Tuesday at 4:30 pm. During one hour, she answers all your questions. Make sure to write your questions in good English and with as much detail as possible so she can answer them accurately. Alternatively, you can also fill out a contact form or schedule an appointment directly on the following link: VF Immigration Consultations For your information, she does not answer questions sent by email or Messenger.

How can I verify that an immigration consultant is authorized to practice?To verify that an immigration consultant is authorized to practice, check the Register of Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC). Consultants accredited by the RCIC are authorized to provide immigration services. You can search for their name on the RCIC website to confirm their status.

How should I prepare before my appointment with Valérie?Appointments are held online via a Google Meet link. Before our meeting, I invite you to test the link to ensure that your camera, sound, and microphone are all working correctly. Please make sure to have the following documents on hand: Passport Proof of status in Canada (visitor record or residency permit) Diplomas CV or work history Finally, I encourage you to prepare your questions in advance to make the most of our meeting time.

Technical issues during the consultationSeveral solutions can be offered: Phone call or WhatsApp. Reschedule the appointment to allow time to resolve the situation. In case of emergency, Valérie will answer your questions via email.
